Vesio di Tremosine - one of our favorite places<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The village of Vesio di Tremosine is one of our favorite places and is located in a beautiful plateau called Tremosine, overlooking Lake Garda. Tremosine is one of the most beautiful places in Italy and was awarded in 2009 by the Association of Italian Municipalities. The award includes both the architectural beauty of the place, as well as the quality of life of the residents of the municipality.<\/p>\n

Vesio is one of the 18 villages that belong to the municipality of Tremosine. 17 of these villages are located on the plateau above Limone sul Garda, in the natural park \"Alto Garda Bresciano\". The only outlier Campione del Garda is located directly on the lake and can only be reached through a tunnel or by boat across Lake Garda.<\/p>\n

The administrative seat of the municipality of Tremosine is in Pieve. Next to the town hall, here is the famous Schauder Terrace and the direct access to Strada della Forra (also known as \"James Bond Street\").<\/p>\n

In Vesio there is everything you need for a pleasant stay, such as small supermarkets, a butcher, cafes, the ice cream parlor Qciari<\/a>, the bakery Panificio Girardi and the hotel or restaurant La Fenice<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Just outside the village, in the direction of Voiandes, there is a building materials dealer on the left and the landfill on the right. The latter is especially interesting for owners<\/a>, we have already disposed of quite a bit there. Further along the road is the Alpe del Garda and, since 2022, Skyclimber. Just before Alpe del Garda<\/a> there is a parking lot, from here you enter Valle San Michele.<\/p>\n

Vesio hikers' parking lot<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The parking lot of Vesio is the starting point for many mountain bike tours and hikes. A special feature of the hiking park is the new fountain in Vesio, you can choose between carbonated water (Gassata), water Naturale and chilled water (Fredda).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

From this parking lot start, for example, hikes through the Valle di Bondo. There you will find a fitness course and a new dog playground<\/a>. Furthermore, mountain bike tours to Passo Nota (via Corna Vecchia), Tremalzo via San Michele<\/a> or to Lake Ledro start here. In Vesio you can enjoy your vacation without being affected by the tourist hustle and bustle. Especially in the high season it is still relatively quiet up here.<\/p>\n

The large parking lot in the center of Vesio was extensively renovated until spring 2023. In addition to a new tar surface, the upper part of the parking lot was completely covered, so that in the summer there is ample shaded parking. Please note, however, that the upper parking deck is only suitable for vehicles up to 1.80m in height.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
