The cozy living room has a well-equipped kitchenette with toaster and coffee machine for a relaxed start to the day. The sleeping area consists of a comfortable double room and a double sofa bed in the living area, which offers additional sleeping options.
A communal garden is available for spending time outdoors. A covered area with garden furniture invites you to have breakfast and eat outdoors. Pets are welcome.
The prices are per apartment, per week and 2 persons (prices on request if an extra bed or sofa bed is required). A reduction is possible for occupancy by only 2 persons. Ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Confirmation:
The rental contract is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the rental price. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the rental confirmation, the landlord is not obliged to keep the apartment at the customer’s disposal.
Arrival and departure:
In the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.
In the mid and low season, arrival is also possible during the week (with a minimum stay of 4 nights, prices on request).
CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT until 9.00 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be registered in advance. The owner may levy a surcharge.
Terms of payment:
Cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival (EC or credit cards are not accepted).
