The 120 m² apartment is spread over two levels for maximum comfort. On the first floor, a spacious living area with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette invites you to linger. There is also a guest WC here.
Upstairs, in the cozy attic, there are two bedrooms with a double bed, a room with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. There is also a balcony that can be reached from one of the bedrooms. Here you can unwind and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
Pets are welcome. Prices are per apartment, per week and for up to 6 people(prices on request if an extra bed or sofa bed is required). A price reduction is possible for occupancy by only 2 persons.

Confirmation:
The rental contract is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the rental price. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the rental confirmation, the landlord is not obliged to keep the apartment at the customer’s disposal.
Arrival and departure:
In the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.
In the mid and low season, arrival is also possible during the week (with a minimum stay of 4 nights, prices on request).
CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT until 9.00 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be registered in advance. The owner may levy a surcharge.
Terms of payment:
Cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival (EC or credit cards are not accepted).
