A communal garden is available for spending time outdoors. A covered area with garden furniture invites you to have breakfast and eat outdoors. Ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation. Pets are welcome.
The prices are per apartment, per week and 3 persons (prices on request if an extra bed or sofa bed is required). A reduction is possible for occupancy by only 2 persons. Ideal for a relaxing vacation.

Confirmation:
The rental contract is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the rental price. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the rental confirmation, the landlord is not obliged to keep the apartment at the customer’s disposal.
Arrival and departure:
In the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.
In the mid and low season, arrival is also possible during the week (with a minimum stay of 4 nights, prices on request).
CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT until 9.00 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be registered in advance. The owner may levy a surcharge.
Terms of payment:
Cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival (EC or credit cards are not accepted).
