Imagine opening the door to your 100 m² split-level vacation home – and immediately feeling at home. On the second floor, your cozy living room with integrated kitchenette invites you to relax and enjoy. Grab a cup of freshly brewed coffee and step out onto the balcony to admire the picturesque view. Your quiet double room and a guest WC also await you on the 1st floor.
Upstairs under the roof on the 2nd floor you will find two more bedrooms for sweet dreams and an additional bathroom with shower. The outdoor grill in the communal garden is ready for your barbecue. Enjoy your stay with a view of the lake and Monte Baldo – this is vacation as it should be!
Pets are welcome. Prices are per apartment, per week and for up to 6 people(prices on request if an extra bed or sofa bed is required). A price reduction is possible for occupancy by only 2 persons.

Confirmation:
The rental contract is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the rental price. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the rental confirmation, the landlord is not obliged to keep the apartment at the customer’s disposal.
Arrival and departure:
In the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.
In the mid and low season, arrival is also possible during the week (with a minimum stay of 4 nights, prices on request).
CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT until 9.00 a.m.
Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be registered in advance. The owner may levy a surcharge.
Terms of payment:
Cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival (EC or credit cards are not accepted).
