Experience your vacation in our 100 m² vacation apartment, which is spread over two lovingly furnished floors. On the 1st floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a cozy sofa bed – ideal for making yourself comfortable after an eventful day. A guest WC is also available.

On the top floor of the 2nd floor there is a charming double room and a spacious double/triple room, ideal for family or friends. A bathroom with shower provides additional comfort. The view from up here is simply breathtaking: enjoy the view of the lake and the majestic Monte Baldo. Here you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, surrounded by comfort and beauty.

Pets are welcome. Prices are per apartment, per week and for up to 6 people(prices on request if an extra bed or sofa bed is required). A price reduction is possible for occupancy by only 2 persons.

Confirmation:

The rental contract is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of between 30% and 50% of the rental price. If the deposit is not received within 5 days of the rental confirmation, the landlord is not obliged to keep the apartment at the customer’s disposal.

Arrival and departure:

In the high season, arrival is only possible on Saturdays.
In the mid and low season, arrival is also possible during the week (with a minimum stay of 4 nights, prices on request).

CHECK-IN from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
CHECK-OUT until 9.00 a.m.

Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be registered in advance. The owner may levy a surcharge.

Terms of payment:

Cash on arrival or bank transfer before arrival (EC or credit cards are not accepted).
