Shipping service provider & shipment tracking

Our shipping service provider is DHL. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. This allows you to track where your order is currently located.

If you have not accepted your parcel or collected it from a parcel store, it will be returned to us.

Our shipping fees will be charged again for the reshipment of your order.

Change delivery address

Did you enter the wrong delivery address? Then please write us a message as soon as possible so that we can change the address. If your parcel is already on its way, in the worst case you would have to pay the shipping costs again.
