Vespa Tour Lake Garda
Four Lakes Tour Motoragazzi – Guys, I love doing the “rough” vacation planning, I emphasize extra “rough”. We like the mix of activities, enjoyment and relaxation. Just living into the day like this is just as important as doing something spontaneous too!
Now comes the big BUT! Since we would like to experience and try out new things, I research special highlights for us in advance.
Andy is a passionate Vespa scooter rider and what could be more natural than to ride around Lake Garda on a Vespa!
In any case, we didn ‘t want to do a guided tour, but to whiz adventurously along the roads all by ourselves. Joar and so I came then after a long search on the Internet on the website of Motoragazzi.
Motoragazzi has different locations on Lake Garda, since we live in Tremosine we chose Riva del Garda. On the Motoragazzi site you can choose from several self-guided tours and see what you want to do.
We decided on the Four Lakes Tour and then booked directly on the website.
On the day we booked, we picked up our scooter and helmets promptly at 9am. You do not have to be there earlier than the agreed time. There was still a small briefing for the Vespa and then it went off already direction Ledrosee!

Little info on the side:
In Italy, all scooters up to 125 cc can be driven with a class B (passenger car) or A1 license.
Andy has the driver’s license class and also likes to drive around with the Vespa in Germany. I would like to take the B196 license next year : 125 with extension. Since I am allowed to drive scooters up to 125 cc (not more than 11 kW) in Germany and then also gets the necessary driving experience so that I can rent a scooter myself in Italy and not just be there as a passenger.
During a break on our Four Lakes tour, Andy let me ride the scooter once.
Straight ahead was quite good, only when turning or driving curves I was a bit clumsy. A little queasy it is me with a scooter alone to drive, especially in another country… but I take it firmly for the Year 2023 before to have this certificate in the bag and will report afterwards!
I can well imagine that now the old motorcycle or scooter hares, laugh at my statement kaputt… but what can I say? 
The comfort zone says hello and also this task I will create!
