Pistachio mousse – A pistachio delicacy with a light texture that will conquer your taste buds and those of your guests! Perfect at the end of a meal, but also as a delicious snack or sweet treat. And best of all, it can be prepared in just 15 minutes!

Pistachio mousse recipe

Ingredients for 4 people:

– 250 g whipped cream
– 80 g pistachio cream
– 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
– Chocolate chips (optional)


  1. Soak a sheet of gelatine in a cup of cold water for approx. 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, whip 200 ml of cream until stiff.
  3. Heat the remaining 50 ml of cream in a pan on the stove.
  4. After 10 minutes, squeeze out the gelatine well and dissolve it in the hot cream on the stove.
  5. Add the pistachio cream to the whipped cream, stirring constantly.
  6. Immediately afterwards, add the cream with the gelatine and mix everything well.
  7. Pour the mixture into small glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, garnish the mousse with chopped pistachios and chocolate shavings if desired.
