Mediterranean elegance: artichoke pieces with herbs in sunflower oil – Carciofi a Spicchi alle Erbe Tender artichoke pieces and a selection of fine herbs come together to create an exquisite combination. Carciofi a Spicchi alle Erbe consist of 62% artichoke hearts, which are gently marinated in 36% sunflower oil and refined with selected herbs and spices. The addition of oregano, parsley, garlic and other aromatic herbs and spices gives the artichokes a delicious Mediterranean flavor. L-ascorbic acid as an antioxidant and citric acid as an acidity regulator ensure optimum shelf life and freshness. Ingredients:
