Antipasto Contadino – Alpe del Garda is a colorful mixture of selected vegetables and mushrooms, marinated in sunflower oil. This appetizing antipasto combines the flavours of straw mushrooms (Volvaria volvacea), small artichokes, cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), paprika and olives in varying proportions (min. 68%). Rounded off with wine vinegar, sugar and salt, this antipasto offers a unique taste experience.

Storage: Once opened, store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0° and 4° C and consume as soon as possible to preserve quality and freshness.
