Bardolinio from Corte Fornello

Wine made from selected grape varieties: Corvina Veronese, Marzemino and Rondinella. Growing area: Morainic hills with skeleton-rich soil, ideal for high-quality grapes. Harvest: Harvested by hand between September and October. Vinification: Fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature (10-12 days), followed by ageing in stainless steel barrels for 5-6 months. Yield: 80 HL per hectare. A perfectly balanced wine for connoisseurs!
