Not every pistachio dessert has to be complicated. These delicious pistachio truffles are the best example of this. Not only do they look great, they can also be prepared in just 10 minutes – without any cooking! You can find our high-quality pistachio cream and pistachio flour in our online store.
Pistachio truffles – Recipe
Ingredients for 15 truffles:
– 200 g pistachio cream (available in our store )
– 200 g dry cookies
– 70 g pistachio flour (also available in our store)
This is how it works:
- Crush the dry cookies into fine flour in your kitchen mixer or with a rolling pin.
- Add the pistachio cream to the cookie flour and mix everything well again.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and divide it into 15 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a ball and roll in pistachio flour (more if required).
- Place the truffles on a tray and put them in the fridge for half an hour to firm up.
- Enjoy your meal!
Tip: Tip: For a firmer consistency and a more intense flavor, store the truffles in the fridge overnight. This allows the flavors to develop better and the truffles become even more delicious!
