Founded in 1846 by Antonio Rummo in Benevento, Italy, the Rummo family business began its operations. In 1935, after the move to Via dei Mulini, the company gained its official status as a firm. Rummo has been producing gluten-free pasta from brown rice and white and yellow corn since 2015.
