Tagliatelle with dried porcini mushrooms

 

Harmony of flavors: artisan pasta with egg made from 100% Italian wheat with dried porcini mushrooms in a matching spice bag, made in Italy in Trentino.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles
  • Durum wheat semolina
  • Eggs
  • Water
  • Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) packed in an extra bag

Contents:

  • Tagliatelle: 500g
  • Dried porcini mushrooms: 7g

Allergens: May contain traces of soy.

Preparation (for 2 people):

  • Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for approx. 20 minutes.
  • After the soaking time, drain the mushrooms and fry them with a little olive oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Meanwhile, cook 250 g tagliatelle in salted water for approx. 8 minutes.
  • Pour the cooked mushrooms over the pasta and enjoy your delicious dish.
