Tagliatelle with dried porcini mushrooms
Harmony of flavors: artisan pasta with egg made from 100% Italian wheat with dried porcini mushrooms in a matching spice bag, made in Italy in Trentino.
Ingredients:
- Noodles
- Durum wheat semolina
- Eggs
- Water
- Dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) packed in an extra bag
Contents:
- Tagliatelle: 500g
- Dried porcini mushrooms: 7g
Allergens: May contain traces of soy.
Preparation (for 2 people):
- Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in warm water for approx. 20 minutes.
- After the soaking time, drain the mushrooms and fry them with a little olive oil and parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, cook 250 g tagliatelle in salted water for approx. 8 minutes.
- Pour the cooked mushrooms over the pasta and enjoy your delicious dish.
