Mixed Pickles Vegetables Giardinere dell’Alpe – Alpe del Garda – is a delicious and traditional Italian vegetable mix in a sweet and sour marinade that gives your dishes a fresh and lively touch. The Giardiniera consists of a variety of fresh vegetables such as carrots, peppers, onions, cauliflower, fennel and celery, which are marinated in a harmonious mixture of sugar, wine vinegar and salt. The addition of L-ascorbic acid as an antioxidant and citric acid as an acidity regulator preserves freshness and taste. Ideal as a side dish with meat dishes, on antipasti platters or as a crunchy component in salads.  Ingredients: Fresh vegetables in variable proportions by weight 54 % (carrots, peppers, onions, cauliflower, fennel, celery) Water Sugar Wine vinegar Salt Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid Acidity regulator: citric acid  Storage: Once opened, store in the refrigerator at 0° to 4° C and consume quickly.  Nutritional values per 100 g:
